Please complete the information below
- What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the Site, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.
- The choices available to you regarding the use of your information and how you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.
- The security procedures in place to protect your information.
INFORMATION COLLECTION, USE AND SHARING
Blackstone gathers two basic types of information through the Site:
- Non-Personally Identifiable Information (“NPII") is information that is recorded about users so that it no longer reflects or references an individually identifiable user. Some examples of this type of information include the type of Internet browser you are using, the type of operating system you have configured on your device, your geographical zip code, and/or the internet service provider from which you are linked to our Site. Non-PII does not personally identify you. Blackstone primarily uses NPII for market research and to optimize our systems. For example, NPII is used to enhance Site security, to detect broad demographic trends, to assist us in providing content tailored to your interests, and to otherwise enhance your experience on this Site. This information may also be shared with third parties on an aggregate and non-personally identifiable basis. Please note that Blackstone may link Non-PII to PII about you that we have previously collected in connection to a Blackstone service. Such combined information will be treated as PII as long as it is so combined.
- Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) is non-public information that is personally identifiable to you (such as your name, mailing address, email address, or billing information), which you provide to us. Blackstone collects PII from you when you interact with this Site as described in the sections that follow.
PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION (PII)
In order to use our services, you must register at the Site by completing the registration form. During registration, you are required to provide certain information such as your name, email address and phone number. Blackstone uses this information for our normal business purposes, such as to respond to your requests, process your transactions, maintain your account(s), and contact you about the products / services on our Site in which you have expressed interest.<br /> Blackstone does not solicit or knowingly gather information on anyone under the age of 18. By registering, you acknowledge that you are of legal age (18 years of age or older), provided true information, and are authorized to sign for the services requested.
When you order products or services on the Site, Blackstone requests information from you on our payment form. To buy products or services from Blackstone, you must provide contact information (such as your name and phone number), and financial information (such as payment card number, expiration date and billing address). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If Blackstone encounters problems processing your order, Blackstone uses this information to contact you.
Blackstone uses “cookies” on this Site. Cookies are unique identifiers which we transfer to your device to enable our systems to recognize your device and to provide features such as “Remember Me” which allows you to easily log in to our Site from your device by remembering your email address. When you choose the “Remember Me” feature, you do not have to re-enter your email address each time you wish to access our Site. You simply enter your password to log in, thus saving you time. Cookies also enable us to track and target your interests to enhance your experience on our Site and to deliver content that is specific to your interests.<br />Most browsers provide options which allow you to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, to notify you when you receive a new cookie, to automatically decline cookies from a specific web site, or to disable cookies altogether. Typically your browser’s Help feature can tell you how to configure these options. If you block or decline our cookies, you will not be able to take advantage of some of our Site features. As such, we recommend that you do not block or otherwise reject our cookies.
Log files and IP addresses
Blackstone uses your IP address to diagnose our server problems and to administer our Site.
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES
From time to time, we may enter into a special relationship with another company that is not owned by or affiliated with Blackstone. We may share your name, email address and zip code with such third-party strategic partners; however, we will provide you with the opportunity to either opt into or opt out of such sharing when you set up an account and when you log in after we add a new strategic partner. Because these third parties will use your PII in accordance with their own privacy practices, you should check their web sites for information regarding their privacy practices.
We may use third-party service providers to help us operate our business and this Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as financial institutions or credit card companies to authorize and process credit card transactions, and other companies for email delivery, order fulfillment and delivery, customer service and sweepstakes administration, among other services. We may share your PII with these third parties for those limited purposes. For instance, if you participate in a sweepstakes, game, or loyalty program resulting in a prize or reward, we will share your PII with our games management and merchandise fulfillment agencies. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service. They are prohibited from using this information for any other purpose.
Promotions and Surveys
From time to time, we may operate sweepstakes, contests and other promotions (collectively, "Promotions") through the Site, and may conduct surveys or polls through the Site or ask for your responses to questionnaires that we make available through the Site (collectively referred to as “Surveys”). We typically ask you for certain PII when you enter and, if applicable, win a Promotion, and when you participate in a Survey. We reserve the right to share PII that we collect in connection with Promotions and Surveys with third- party sponsors or facilitators of these Promotions and Surveys (irrespective of whether the Promotions and Surveys are hosted by us), or otherwise in accordance with the rules applicable to a Promotion or Survey. You should carefully review the rules, if any, of each Promotion and Survey in which you participate through the Site, as they may contain additional important information about the company's, sponsor's, or other third parties’ use of PII about you. To the extent that the terms and conditions of the rules concerning the treatment of PII about you conflict with this Policy, the terms and conditions of the rules shall control.
We may make available through the Site services such as, message boards, forums, comment functionality and chat functionality, among other services (collectively referred to as “Forums”) to which you are able to post information and materials. Please note that any information you disclose through these Forums becomes public information, and may be available to visitors of the Site and to the general public. In addition, when you choose to make a posting on these Forums, certain information (for example, your screen name and your location) will be available for other users to view. We urge you to exercise discretion and caution when deciding to disclose PII, or any other information, on the Site Forums. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE USE OF ANY PII YOU VOLUNTARILY DISCLOSE THROUGH THESE SITE FORUMS.
We may disclose your PII: (a) as permitted by law; (b) in the event of a transfer of ownership, assets, or a bankruptcy of Blackstone; (c) if we determine that disclosure of specific information is necessary to comply with the request of a law enforcement or regulatory agency, or (d) to protect the rights, or property, of Blackstone, including the enforcement of our agreements, or (e) to act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of our users or members of the public.
View / Edit Your Information
You may view or edit your personal information online. To view or edit your personal information online, you will be required to sign in with your registered user login credentials (email and password). Any changes you make to your account will be reflected on the Site. Opt-Out Choice You may opt-out of receiving future marketing notifications from us. If you opt-out, we will not send you future electronic marketing communications related to our products or services. Regardless of your opt-out preferences, we reserve the right to send you electronic messages, as deemed necessary, for administrative purposes. To exercise your choice to opt out:
- You may click on the “opt-out” link on the bottom of any marketing email you receive from Blackstone and make your choices as to what electronic marketing communications you wish to receive from Blackstone;
- You may contact us by sending a written request to the email or postal address provided in the “Contacting Blackstone” section below. Please specify clearly what electronic marketing communications you are opting-out of.
Note that changes to your opt-out request may not be effective immediately. We endeavor to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable.
LINKS AND THIRD PARTIES’ PRIVACY PRACTICES
Blackstone employs advanced information security technologies and procedures consistent with industry best practices to protect your personal information from unauthorized access. Wherever we collect sensitive information, such as payment card data, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you input. We also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (such as billing or customer service) are granted access to PII. The computer systems in which we store PII are kept in a secure environment.
To help prevent your personal information from being viewed by others, it is important that you protect your login password and your computer against unauthorized access. Your password helps protect your account and personal information. You are not to share or allow others to use your login password. It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential and make sure you log out before leaving the Site.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, although we strive to protect your PII, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us through or in connection with this Site or that is stored by us. You acknowledge and agree that any information you transmit through the Site is so transmitted at your own risk. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), you must immediately notify us by contacting us at the phone number or email address provided in the Contacting Blackstone section below.

You may not interfere with another person’s or entity’s use or access to the Site.
Your access to, and use of, a service provided by a third-party service or content provider including, but not limited to, your local mobile operator ("Service Provider"), may be subject to the Service Provider’s terms and conditions. To avoid any doubt, in using any such Service Provider service you will still be bound by these Terms and Conditions to the extent they are applicable.
Links to Other Sites
This Site may, from time to time, contain references or links to third-party materials, including without limitation third-party web sites, which are not controlled or operated by Blackstone. Such information and links may be provided as a convenience to you and should not be considered Blackstone’s endorsements of or responsibility for such web sites. Blackstone has no control over the content on such non-Blackstone web sites. If you choose to link to a web site not controlled by Blackstone, Blackstone makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, concerning any information or content on such web sites, including without limitation content, property, materials, goods, or services available on the linked web sites.
Disclosure of Information
Blackstone reserves the right at all times to monitor, review, retain and/or disclose any information necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Due to the possibility of human and mechanical error, as well as other factors, the Site (including all information and materials contained therein) is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Site and content is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any implied warranties arising from the course of performance, dealing or trade usage.
Blackstone does not warrant that access to the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the content is free of viruses or other harmful components, or that the information on the Site will be accurate, complete or timely. Blackstone does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of any content on the Site in terms of its completeness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, availability, timeliness, and reliability or otherwise. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, so these exclusions may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
You understand and agree that neither Blackstone, nor any of our affiliates, subsidiaries, or third-party content providers shall be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or any other damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Site or from any actions Blackstone takes or fails to take as a result of electronic mail messages you send us. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other basis, and even if Blackstone or Blackstone’s representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, this limitation may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Blackstone and Blackstone’s respective affiliates and subsidiaries, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors and suppliers, from and against all losses, liabilities, expenses, damages and costs, including without limitation reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs, arising or resulting from your violation of these Site Terms and Conditions, any applicable laws, or your violation of any rights of a third-party. If you cause a technical disruption of the Site or the systems transmitting the Site to you or others, you agree to be responsible for any and all losses, liabilities, expenses, damages and costs, including without limitation reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs, arising or resulting from that disruption.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Blackstone shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law of the United States of America, and the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Blackstone makes no representation that the Site, or any content used in connection with the Site, is appropriate or available for use in any particular location other than the United States. If you are residing in a jurisdiction where the Site or any Site content is prohibited by law, you may not enter into this Agreement. Those who choose to access this Site do so on their own initiative and at their own risk, and are responsible for complying with all local laws, rules and regulations.
Blackstone reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate the Terms and Conditions at Blackstone’s sole discretion, with or without notice to you.
